Super Metabolism Tea Recipe
Servings: 2 cups
Time: 10–15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced thinly (or 1 tsp ginger powder)
2 green cardamom pods, slightly crushed
1 small cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp cinnamon powder)
2–3 cloves
1–2 black peppercorns (optional, for extra thermogenic effect)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for taste)
Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for flavor and vitamin C)
Instructions:
Boil spices: In a small saucepan, add 2 cups of water, ginger slices, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and peppercorns.
Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes. The longer it simmers, the stronger and more aromatic the tea.
Strain: Pour the tea through a fine mesh strainer into a cup.
Add flavor: Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired. Add lemon juice for a refreshing twist.
Serve hot and sip slowly, enjoying the warmth and aroma.

Turmeric: ¼ tsp for anti-inflammatory benefits
Cayenne pepper: A pinch for thermogenic effect
Green tea or matcha: Brew 1 tsp green tea along with the spices for added antioxidants and metabolism boost
